Claudia I know it is exciting but I think it is time to take a step back & read the guide for Dvd Decrypter first.If you have questions come & ask them.I don't think anybody here is going anywhere.This is because the question you ask is rather involved but if you have a basic understanding of the program it won't be.Last edited by soup; 5 Feb 2006, 10:15 AM.

ok, ive been going well,
i have downloaded it, i have saved a dvd to the file BUT now i cant burn!!
i chose the 'file' system and i inserted a blank disc but nothing comes up to burn from drive to disc!
i clicked on icon but that is disc to drive!
(i miss my old system of just using dvd shrink
)

It won't burn yet.Did you use Dvd Decrypter in file mode if so could you please post the log & what backup is this that you are doing.This could be a 4 or more step process & we are only at step 1.Last edited by soup; 5 Feb 2006, 10:53 AM.

Claudia - read DVD Shrink For Dummies in my signature.
Hopefully, by now, you will have read All About DVD Decrypter in my signature.
Many people do this:
1. Rip in file mode with DVD Decrypter
2. Use DVD Shrink using Open Files and navigating to the folder on the hard drive where your ripped files are
3. From DVD Shrink - Backup --> Select backup target --> ISO Image File and burn with DVD Decrypter
It works.

there is no log, its not an error report,
i just dont think i understand how to get the information, i just decrypted onto a blank.
why wont it burn yet? there isnt another process i need to do?
cant i use my dvd shrink instead? or does that definetly need nero to work?
