Nero Burning Error Message/Dvd-video Files reallocation faile?

I have been using Nero 6 to burn dvd; however, when I tried to burn Legend of Zorro I get a message saying, "Dvd-video files reallocation failed. The resulting dvd-video might not be playable." I ignore the warning message and burned dvd and resulting dvd is not playable both standalone dvd player and powerdvd. I used pgcedit wizard to rip dvd and used dvd-shrink. Why can't I burn dvd and what does dvd-files reallocation failed warning means? Is there way around this problem? Also, I prefer using Dvd-Decrypter to write or burn dvd, rather than using Nero. I like nero, but I find it Dvd-Decrypter is simple to use. Have nice weekend and enjoy the Superbowl.
