Ritek Go5

I've been using RITEK GO5 for a while now because I seem to get 100% success. However the latest batch have been rubbish, so far out of 50, 37 have been rejected by my burner. So, before I take them back I decided I'd try an old DVD-RAM burner I have, the only problem with this is it will only burn at X1, but I'm in no rush.

Guess what it works. Morale of the story, 'newer and faster may not always be better'.

PS. Anyone know where I can download the cover for " Gunfight at Black Horse Canyon" ~ Dale ( Jim Hardie) Robertson. Tried CDCovers they don't have it

A quote from the suplliers website

From this I assumed they were the 'bees knees' most people seem to quote
Taiyo Yuden as the best but I've never seen them here for sale.

I learned the hard way, several brands that scanned ZERO! The data is on made in japan Taiyo Yuden disks now. After scanning/checking so many and every G05 failed I quit and just stuck them in my best reader and used shrink
to get the data back on the hard drive. No other media was a total disaster
that bad.
