    out of sync dvd recording Nero 6, 7

    Hi I have a huge problem.

    I am making a DVD from Xvid and Avi of shows taped of TV.

    1st the recordings are sound. Run well on the comuter. (NOT OUT OF SYNC)

    every time I try to make a DVD in NeroVision the sound goes out of sync 2 min into the recording.

    I have Zone alarm and norton antivirus on my computer with amd 3200
    with ATI X850XT vidio card

    Can anyone help? Thanks!!!!

    BTW: reinstalled the sys and still the same problem

      forget nero for encoding, this happens all too often. i suggest using a good encoder such as TMPGEnc with the directshow file reader raised, if sync issues arise after that--describe them and we can fix it.

          The thing is I downloaded them (avi, xvid)from a torrent.
          Much easier than converting from my tv and better quality.
          I am trying to make DVD for daughter who love the show.
          It use to work great till I did a sys reinstall. can't figure out whats wrong
