    Help please!!

    Hello Im new here. I use dvd decrepter and dvd shrink with a philips dvd/cd writter, recently it wont burn a dvd, i have changed the blank dvd disc and re-installed but still no joy can any one help? The log file is:

          Woahhhhh!! slow down your burning too. Start at 2x and move up to 4x and check your results. See the Golden rules of burning for more on this issue.

          With all the "Key medium" errors it seems that your burner does not like the brand of discs you are using, firmware can help with that but if there is no update currently you will have to experement with other media instead of an update.

          DMA and Nero update should help too. If you update to version 6.6.1.14 dont forget to uncheck the "burn with Nero" option. With that version you have to write to the hard drive first and then do a manual burn with either nero or Decrypter.
