Setting rip speed at such a lower value is not a good idea. If a disc can't be ripped @high speed, then the burn have a low quality.
Transfer rate test (TRT) should be done at the highest speed possible because in this way the disc is checked in the worst conditions. If a disc have a TRT linear in the worst conditions, then the disc is burned very well.Comment

gdiplus.dll not found in this version of CD-DVD Speed when trying to change capture options. Version in Nero 6 allows for changes in graphic formats. Something weird happening in this version in W2K at least.
