I decided to give the original LiteOn HS0E FW a fair chance before I gave the HV9N FW by C0deKing a go.And right off the bat I like what I see from the HV9N FW.I would like to thank jm1647 for giving me this information. You can compare this burn with this one
Actually it was my second burn sorry if I made it sound like it was my first.I will test this firmware with the TYG03's,MCC 004's and the CMC Mags and post the results some time today

Nice Burn !!!! Glad it is all working out for ya. C0deKing does some nice work the 16X rs-os firmware is a nice tweak and the test Smartburn from LiteOn is also nice.
For the first thing you need stable clean power(brought to my attention by Chewy). For the Lite-On SHM-165H6S(Dont know why it shows as Sony) I first used the HS0E firmware and I wasn't satisfied with the results so I switched to the HV9N firmware.Like I said above jm1647 brought C0deKing's HV9N firmware to my attention it can be found here.I have both Force Hyper Tuning and Online Hyper Tuning enabled you can use imgburn or SmartBurn v3.1.16t to make these settings.I used Taiyo Yuden(MIJ) -R blank media and I burn at 8X
Seems the BenQ1650 does a little better of a job on the TYG03's then my Lite-On.You can compare this to my test above. All though I have not lost faith in my Lite-On because that was it's first burn with the TYG03's.By the way it was burned at 12x
