make a dvd from a dvd recorded on a Sony camcorder

Hai, I have recorded a 1.4GB DVD on a Sony camcorder. I want to make one 4.7GB DVD with 4 such 1.4GB DVDs. Please let me know the procedure and the software I have to use. Is it Nero or SOnic?
