Capture the VGA port output

I'm trying to capture the screen images of a DOS application (80 colums x 25 lines text mode). I was sending the S-Video output from the PC to a DVR. The result is not bad, but it is a little bit fuzzy. Not as clear as my PC monitor image.

Does anyone make a DVR with VGA Inputs?
Does anyone make a DVR with HDMI Inputs?
Can anyone think of a ANY way to capture the PC output?

Most DVRs have multiple outputs by not many multiple Input types. I need to capture these screens for a training video.

I appreciate the speedy reply, but I'm not sure what exactly is on this page that will help me . They seem to be set up for security camera inputs (BNC) and they dont give much in the way of input/putput specs. Could you clairify why you thought this might work?
