Problems burning with Nero Express 3

Hi, when I burn an .avi onto a DVD+R using Nero Express 3, it will encode the .avi file perfect, but when it gets to the Writing it onto the disc, is always ejects my disc, and says that the burning has failed. I'm not very computer savvy, so that's why I'm asking for your help.

Here is a log file which I guess could help you diagnose the problem:

If you could help in ANY way, I would be very greatful.

@jd90 - FYI the forum software allows you to attach logs and text files as attachments. You don't need to send small stuff like that to a 3rd party fileserver.
