Hello,
I hope someone can help me for a bit. A friend has the sony drx530ul USB dvd burner. Burner worked great, only program used was 1click dvd copy. The computer has been reformatted and windows XP reinstalled. Since the reinstall of windows nothing can be copied to dvd-r. She is using the same media and same computer and same sony usb burner.. Most movies will burn all the way thru then when tried to be played on regular dvd homeplayer, it give a no disc error, or disc dirty.. We have tried everything.. I took the drive to my house, i have windows 2000, used the same dvd's she has used and the burn worked fine, even in my dvd player, but would not play in here dvd home player.. Has the drive gone bad? Even thou it works on my pc and not hers? Am i missing a driver?
