Last part of burn has errors?

How come the last part of all my burns has a lot of PI failures? The final score still comes in at 97, but why is it erroring out at the end? Most of my burns lately look like this:

how fast did yu burn? did you multitask while burning? did you wait a while before scan?

I am betting on preference setting in Dvd Shrink, maybe burning to close to the edge. Just for some fun.

I burned at 8x. I probably did burn too close to edge. What do you mean preference settings in DVD Shrink? Just finished up another one. I can post burn log.

Dvd Shrink / Edit / Preferences / I set mine to custom 4364 MB's, some set lower than that. Posting a burn log wouldn't hurt.

if you have a few then that is from one disc to another but if all of them like that then I think we have a problem, most of my disc are burn to that unless they are less

I set mine to 4364, now. This is latest burn with burn log. This is an older disc and it had a few scratches on it, but it still had errors towards the end.

BCHC is known cause someproblem with some pp, you may try BCFC or BCDC ?

I also not burn with imgburn( only for DL), either nero speed ( alot lately or dvdd)

there is a lot of talk with problems about that firmware, but imgburn has nothing to do with it?

Hmmm.... I tried to alter DVD Shrink and not burn all the way out to the edge but to no avail. Maybe I'll alter it more...... Still got a 97 out of it. Guess I'll change firmware, too, and see what happens.

pick a disk deeper into the spindle and test next
