You can test DVD integrity of your originals with Nero CD\DVD Speed I just tried it.
All you have to do is run MPC first this way it unlocks the DVD then run your Nero CD\DVD Speed you can do a scan to check for bad sectors or you can do a quality scan.This way you dont have to waste time wondering if your backing up a bad pressed DVD.
