External DVD Burner.... Which one??

Hi,

I am wanting to buy an external DVD burner want to spend between $100 - $150. Can people recommend what they think is the best burner in between this price range?

if you can order from CompUSA Benq 1640 and put it in an external box it would be the best all around burner ( benq 1640 only not 50 or 55)

Just another couple of questions.

1. Are all usb2.0 external dvd burners compatible with laptops. If no what do I look for to make sure it is?

2. Can an internal dvd burner be used as an external dvd burner?

1 not all compatible with laptop, (it is depend on your laptop quality)
2 yes if you put it in external encloser

The laptop I am using it for is my work one which is a Dell Inspiron 9200

firewire is faster than usb2
