Is my drive on its way to the graveyard?

    HEllo All,

I just had the most perculiar error in writing a DVD,
at first I thought it was the media, but then I tried it
    with 3 different ones.

I write the DVD, no errors reported in the log, dvd is spat out as usual,
then when I check it, it seems to have not written ANYTHING
on the disc at all, its still a blank disc!

I just restarted my computer, and it started burning again
    after a try or 2.

    heres the log

    Nothing written on the disc:

I used the FUJI's because those are
the ones that worked the best out of my stock so far.
Yet it didnt work with those too a couple of times.

IS my drive on the way out?
or is it something I overlooked.

    Thanx

    Freaky

might be software related, a log that doesn't give the mid code?

some of those fuji disks are iffy?

if imgburn started doing that with premium blanks I would worry about the drive

I'm using copy2dvd, there hasn't been any problem
since I have installed it and its very easy to use.
No hassle with dual layers either, thats why I've got it.

Is it wise to switch to imgburn?

as a double check to see if it's hardware or software related

at least imgburn saves a log if you tell it to that gives a mid code

they used to have grade AAA media

if you rated it poor you didn't know what you were talking about
