      In the log, post #8 I did not see Dvd Shrink started, was it or was there a problem?

                  The decryption part has nothing to do with your burning problems. It will burn what you tell it to burn. It's a rather old burner and the firmware is not updated any more. Did you check if DMA is enabled? Could be that the the protected disc kicked it in to PIO mode.
