    DVD Shrink Help!!!

I've been successfully using dvd shrink for about a year now, and all of a sudden I can't get one burned past %90 during the "writing to disc" stage. I get this error message:

forgive me for asking the obvious - but how would I go about formatting it?

actually, the disk i'm trying to use is brand new...would the actual burner probably be the one with problems then?

ok, I still feel really stupid because I have the firmware update downloaded but I can't seem to get it to work. I open up the .exe and it goes to 100% then freezes. I can't find anything in the readme.txt that explains exactly what to do. What am i doing wrong?

                    Thanks again!

since it's a usb burner there may be special problems with the flash,
disconnect other usb devices except for mouse or keyboard

Ok, so I updated the firmware and tried it - it went to 95% before failing.

Then I unplugged all the other usb cables besides the mouse and keyboard, and it got to 97% before giving me this message:
