Software for writing DVD-RAM.

Which program shoyld I use to write DVD-RAM? I've tried with Nero and Alcohol 120% but they don't recognize the media.


I found writeDVD Pro but it is commercial and rare... Any suggestions?

does nero info tool confirm your drives writes to dvd-ram?

what operating system are you using?

Does your burner recognize DVD-RAM??

Who is the manufacturer?

What is the model #?

Yes it can read and write dvd ram. I'm using Win XP MCE.

I disabled that option and I rebooted my computer. But I can't format the disk. When I right-click the dvd-ram drive, there is no option for "format".

What should I do?

Windows (XP) itself supports formatting and using RAM with FAT32, under "Disk Management"...so as mentioned, it can be used like a big floppy in Explorer (drag'n'drop).

Infoltool says that there isn't any disk inserted.

I don't have any ASPI drivers installed accept Nero's.

Should I install them?

I installed the 4.7 aspi drivers and the drive can't see it.

On the disk is written : DATASAFE, DVD-RAM 4,7 GB single sided.
