If you have a Compusa in your area, this is a rebadge 1650. $19.00 after rebates! I purchased one online before they became unavail. You can still get them at the store, though. (I think)

I googled Norwood Micro 16x4x16 Internal ATA DL DVD+/-RW Drive

All that search came up with was COMP USA I am finding that anything that is a comp usa brand is total crap thats all they seem to sell anymore unless you buy a real brand name then they are 200 million $$ over priced.

CompuUSA is good for software, dvd cases and stuff like that computers and anything that goes into a computer NO comp usa for me. Its either their brand and its crap or its way over priced and cheaper on the net.


Comp USA has its place in my book for some things but you cant pay me enough to buy a drive from them. Or anything else that goes in my computer for that matter.

well that doesn matter I wont pay $60.00 for a burner they arent worth that much.

$60...woooo I wouldn't pay that much either, not when most newer brand models are going for less than $40
