Error when trying to burn

Hi, My brother asked me to show him how to use his DVD burner on his computer.

We were going to make a disc and i opened up dvd decrypter and i got this error

"DEVICE IO CONTROL (FSCTL-LOCK_VOLUME FAILED)

DEVICE: (4:0:0) LITE-ON DVDRWSHW-160H65-CP81 (E) (ATA)

UNABLE TO LOCK VOLUME FOR EXCLUSIVE ACCESS

REASON: ACCESS IS DENIED"

any idea what is up? any suggestions?
