What is the name of this DVD?

Can you attach the files as requested in FAQ#8?

Can you attach the original IFOs. I have a link in my signature below.

Is that when you play the burned DVD on your stand alone player? If you play the ripped files on your computer, does the same thing happen?

I'd say you have a duff burn. The navigation of the disk does not indicate this is happening.

If you play the ripped files directly from the harddisk (use the VIDEO_TS.IFO file to start the playback) - same problem?

I am not the expert here, but
Burn process completed successfully at 16x (22,160 KB/s)
is not the best thing for DVD's

                          I would burn around 4X to 6X.

Sure someone else will be around to review further.
