Nero Stable Version

I HAVE BEEN USING NERO 5.5 FOR YEARS [SINCE VERSION 6.0 WOULD NOT WORK FOR ME]. I SHOULD UPGRADE, WHICH IS THE MOST STABLE RECENT VERSION?

I am using Nero 6.6.0.19 and XP OS and have had no problems.

My thought is that if he is going to upgrade from nero 5, hell have to pay, so might as well get latest version, Nero 7, which as I understand it, is only Nero to work with Vista.
Btw, latest version Of Nero 6 is 6.6.1.15, which just was released this past week.
