That may be the reason that some, like myself, had no problem burning the 258 files for ZOOM when using Ripit4me ( full disk ), Shrink, Burn ISO with ImgBurn.
So this sound like it may also work with SAW III & Rocky Balboa, I did not get these so I can not say for sure. But, it seems some did have good luck with Ripit4me.
IMO may be wrong, but maybe some can post burn options used on these DVD's

This strange 230 file limit, sounds more like an error in the burning app - perhaps it made a bad filesystem. It has nothing to do with the DVD spec. which provides for a maximum of 99 VTSs, each of which can have 10 files in them (VTS_xx_0 thru 9), plus of course the IFOs and BUPs and VIDEO_TS.VOB or the ripper.
As an aside, you can remove phony VTSs with PgcEdit's Delete Uncalled PGCs routine.
