      Looks like a dual-layer

Last address to be written: 2286111 (508:01.36, 4465MB)
This can fit on a single-layer

      [EDIT]
SONY DVD RW DRU-810A> Version: 1.0a
Firmware can be upgraded to 1.0F

Update your firmware (look at my previous post for link) and if you have problems in burning again, reply back.

            From my personal experience...
            memorex

            Thread moved.

trying to make a copy of a copy, that's fine but problematic

if they were crappy burns then it can be almost impossible

I would break it up into 2 parts, if they were older dvd movie backups
I would try dvdshrink or even dvddecrypter and try to get a good rip to my hard drive before burning

Read The Golden Rules of Burning. I concur with Chewy. IMO, bad media in, bad media out.

You have a SONY DVD RW DRU-810A (a great burner) that can be crossflashed to BenQ 1640, and then you can upgrade the firmware to BSLM (my favorite), or BSRB (the last firmware available)

I use Nero Express 6.6.1.15 now and do the quick copy in that program and never have a problem making a copy.
