Clicking noise

I just burned a video to DVD with Nero - a home video shot with a DV Camera - and there's a clicking noise when it's played - no clicking on the .avi file played on the computer. I've never experienced this before - what could be the problem? Thanks!

An update - I saved the video TS folder to my hdd, played it - no clicking. I burned that to a DVD as a data disc. When the folder on the DVD is played - again with the clicking.
