Hey Guys! Need help with my firmware...

My Samsung SH-S182m Has been slowly but surely losing quality in the burns.. From 98 quality to 90 at best now.
(YES I AM STILL ON THIS OLD DELL... NEW BABYS ARE NOT CHEAP)
I downloaded the firmware from the codeguys.. but it does not "self install" like the other one did.
(Yes I did it from safe mode last time)

couldn't get em to work.... what am I doing wrong?
I did download these a few weeks back so I can't exactly remember what each was for... but I do remember not being able to get them to work... one was becase my winzip was out of date like 134 days or something.

winrar will open them and extract but they are just region free versions of firmware

YES that "SFDNWIN" is what I used last time to install the latest firmware but I can't find that thing!!! I can't really remember how I got it ... but I remember going to safe mode and using it and it told me the firmware I was using and the one I was about to upgrade to... dang I hate getting old!!

reextract the winrar file to a new folder on your desktop, put the extracted bin file there too

Fireware updating, Man O` Man did I screw up this time!

I reinstalled winzip and used te registry cleaner... so THAT part I got right...

BUT... when I opened the "SmitfraudFix.zip" file it was full of .EXEs so I hit the icon that looked correct.. "buzz" ... wrong.. so I hit all the .exe and none of them did the self install thing I burned one today and got an 80 I really screwed up bad.
The program that Soup gave me was indeed the one I used last time but I couldn't get it to work.. I followed the step by step and it would not reconize the rar files as bin..... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Man am I messed up here.............. What Do I do?
