Hi,
Have recently flattened my hard-drive and re-installed my OS due to nasty virus. Upon reloading Nero and trying to backup some data, am getting a fail message upon burn commencement. Have gone thru some FAQ's but not getting anywhere... I have latest firmware update for my Burner and am using NERO 6.6.0.8. Discs used are Verbatim DVD -R 4.7Gb. Any help would be most appreciated....it used to work!! Log is below...
