Error Log

Hi I'm new to this so please excuse my ignorance, and sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this question.

I've just downloaded 'RipIt4Me' to backup some educational DVD's our not for profit organisation have just aquired. The program asked me to download latest version of DVD Decrypter which I did.

When I go to do the rip it fails, 'Windows DVD Maker' opens with an error message "Error loading DVD Maker Project File - The file ALL is not a valid DVD maker project file"

Attached is the error log.

Q1. Can someone tell me what is wrong?
Q2. Should I ideally be using some other software, if so what?
