nVidia tv-out problem

Hi,

I have a Dimension 8200 with 32M AGP nVIDIA GeForce2 Mx/Mx 400 w/tv out.

Plugging the nVidia card using S-Video cable to my TV set, every three lines on the screen are shifted to the left making the picture unclear when running a DVD movie.

Here are the detailed description of my system :
Windows ME
Bios version is 4.13.01.2311
TV coder is Conexant Bt869


Options selected in the properties dialog box are :

- NTSC-M (Canada)
- S-Video output

My TV is a Panasonic CT-24SX11 with S-Video input.

S-Video cable have been checked. Pins are ok.

Can anyone give me advise/steps to follow in order to fix this problem ?
