Power DVD eroor Code

I have just purchased a new Pioneer 106s slot drive...I have not yet made it region free...I installed dvd genie and power DVD 4 xp but when I insert a DVD I get the error message unsupported file format.... and the disk wont play....

I then installed an older verison of power DVD and the program just crashed when the dvd was inserted !!!


has anybody experienced this problem before !!!

yeah i think i'm facing wat u r facing rite now.... but i didn't install the older version of PowerDVD....

Izzit you DVD is pirated DVD?......

By the way i'm still looking for solution...will inform u once i got my solution!
