losing sound 15min thru

i used Virtualdub to chop an avi.... after the chop i get about 15 min of sound on each half , then sound is gone totally. i followed directions to the T. and ideas??? HELP!!!

You may wish to try Nandub instead. You should always cut at key frames.

thanks alot.. nanodub worked great. but now when i convert it to a VCD with neri and burn it.. instead of playing in fullscreen (black top and bottom of screen) it stretches it out to fill the entire screen. any good advice on how to fix that?
