After I upgrade my burning software I lost my dvd and cd-rw drives.I delete upper and lower filters from my registry I disable cd burning services in administration file and I got them back.On device manager everything is ok but if I try to watch a movie my dvd player Power DVD won't find any dvd and I get the message to insert a dvd.I install ASPI and finally It starts working.But no to long.I found at secondary IDE the tab for autodetection wont work.I formated my HD I've install Win XP again and I'm back at the same problem.If I want to copy a cd I get the message driver not ready.Audio cd o my dvd drive work but skip some parts from the song ,the same cdr work ok on my cd-rw and I checked all updates for xp.I use Win XP updated from win 98 on a HP Pentium 3 256 MB of Ram with ATI Radeon video card DDR 64 MB and 900 Mhz CPU. I don't have any burning software other than NTI and no Roxio or Adaptec install.Any help or idea will be welcome.Thanx.
