Seeing as ive managed to lock myself out of everything it is possible to lock urself out of, i thought i try doing the same thing on my DVD player (phone, house and car etc) . I have Liteon LTD 165H trying to remove the region code thing as my dvd player was RPC2 according to Drive Region info v2.1 I was trying to run DVDs on winDVD.
I then used windows RPC1 utility, to try and disable the rpc2. And the downloaded the CH0E liteon LTD 165H rpc1 changer, however when i tried running that it already said it was changed or something. And then Drive Region Info v2.1 told me that there was an ASPI layer error?
Then i restarted my computer and all my DVD playing software seems to think i dont have a DVD player anymore?!!!!
Does anyone know how to help fix this problem?
