I just recently updated my Geforce3 drivers to 41.09 and then tried 42.01, and now my DVD player isn't working. I want to keep these new drivers because the anti aliasing seems to be a lot smoother. Nvidia claimed up to a 25% increase in performance, and a lot of other improvments so i'd rather keep these than go back to my old drivers, the problem is this, I use powerdvd and whenever i try and play a dvd movie it comes up with this error:
Error Code: F4D41436
The TV Out port of your display card is not working properly.
This copy protected disc can not be played when the TV out function is enabled.
With windows media player:
Windows media player cannot play this DVD because a problem has occurred with the copyright protection.
and MSIDVD just plays the sound, this is obviously a driver issue and i been looking online for answers, everyone just says to disable the TV out, but it seems to me to be disabled, as well as twinview.
config-
AMD 1800+ (1.533 ghz)
640 Mb DDR ram
Geforce 3 Ti200 64 Mb
Sound Blaster Live! sound card
Windows XP Prof SP1
Powerdvd 4.0
