GSPOT says both the audio and video codecs are installed but Directshow is unable to play the file. The audio Codec is ac3 (0x2000) "Dolby Laboratories, Inc"
When I use DivX Player 2.0 Alpha the picture works well but there is no sound.
I have the same problem with 2 other video files that need the ac3 (0x2000) "Dolby Laboratories, Inc" codec as well. I have downloaded the Codec from a few different sources. Nothing seems to be working.
Suggestions please.
