Convert .vob and .mov to .rm

I am trying to put 2 movies on our web site. One is in .vob format and the other is in .mov format. My ISP only allows .rm format (Real Media). Does anyone know of software I can use to convert my files to Real Media format? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
