Help Please!!

Hi

I have tried using dvd region free, dvd idle pro, region kill and dvd genie as means to play region 2 dvds on my computer. I have already updated my dvd's firmware to the latest available. The region 2 dvds play, but about 10 minutes into the movie it stutters and the movie video and audio becomes either really choppy and or really slow. I tried going forward to other chapters and it is the same. This occurred on several different region 2 dvds. These dvds are brand new and have no scratches or anything like that on them. When I play region 1 DVDs this doesnt happen... Does anyone know how to fix this? It would be greatly appreciated.

Programs like dvd genie, and region killer are not recommended, because what they do is that forced the program to play the movies by allowing the player to have as many changes as you want. The best of all is dvd region free, which really works on your hardware and allows the program to play the movie without any changes on it. I havent had any problems with region free, perhaps you havent configure the DMA, which is, most of the times, important for this to work, after you finish the installation, the program itself will tell you what to do with this. Or maybe you are runnig a demo version which only allows to play certain time of the movie, not all of it. I hope this might help you.
