i bought a dvd(batteries not included) but cannot be play using computer and some dvd player. but the guy who test for me can play the movie. may i know what is the problem?? i explore the cd. it display that all file is in 0kb?

Which is it, a DVD or a CD?
Based on your description, I'm guessing it's a pirated VCD. If so, your players may simply not recognize the brand of media it was burned to.

Did he give you the physical disk that he "tested" for you, or did he give you another disk? -
i bought the dvd in town. the guy tested the dvd then hand over to me before i pay. the guy tested the dvd with their dvd player and it works. but when i come back nad test using my com then cannot be play.Comment
