    DVD drive LOCKED! i guess!

    Hi all...
i have this serious problem now...
i dont remember which, but i entered a DVD in my DVD-ROM and clicked the play button, and after that it showed up a window which BY MISTAKE i pressed SPACE bar, and the window was gone, after watching the movie, next day, i entered the movie which i watch almost every weekend, but then it showed the message about DVD-Region.
i got shocked, then checked and found out that my dvd region was changed, and i have now 0 chances to change it back.... now it wont play any other dvd but it plays just that SUPID dvd which caused this..........
    i am really worried................
    PLEASE help me........
i dont know what to do with my DVD-ROM!
i just cant throw it away.

    my DVD-ROM is - TOSHIBA DVD-ROM SD-M1402

At this stage, setting the drive region-free would be the best option for you (short of buying a new DVD drive).

The only solution for your problem is to full your dvd into thinking it is in the region of the inserted dvd. There is a program that runs in the background that will do this for you, it's called DVD Region Free. Install it and let it load automaticly at startup, and you will never have to think about a region again. It will let you play all your DVD's no metter what region they are in. This would be the best solution for you.
Or you could make your DVD region free by flashing it.

              P.S.
The program I mentioned earlier is a sherware, If you like it you could make a small donation to the author of the program but there is no obligation to do so.
