PowerDVD Playback Problems HELP ME PLEASE!!

Just purchased a Region 2 DVD for my Region 2 PoerDVD computer but it keeps coming up DVD ERROR! the dvd cannot be played key exchange for dvd copy protection failed. It is a brand new dvd bought from HMV & all my other dvds work ok. What do I do??

It would seem then, that either the newly purchased DVD is flawed or (most likely) despite what you believe, it is NOT of the appropriate Region...

Thanks for your help but I've had 2 people try it on their pcs. It works fine on their region 2 intervideo is it called? But not on powerdvd.
