Version 9 DVD

Hi,
My Aopen combo drive (CDRW+DVD) cannot play all version 9 DVD, other format (audio cd, data cd, DVD version 5) played O.K
ay suggestion? TIA.

What software DVD player are you using?

I'm Using Cyber-Link Power DVD xp.

Exactly what happens when you place a DVD9 in your drive?

See if you have the same problem if you use WinDVD instead...

not only PowerDVD cannot play the disk, the windows explorer report no disk when i click on the cd icon.
