imposible to play any DVD with WinDVD

I Have a Toshiba DVD-ROM SD-M1212, i run WinDVD Platinium 5.1.5.5 under WIN2000 SP4.
When i start playing (any DVD) with WinDVD, WinDVD crash, I say WinDVD crash because trought Zoom Player (With WinDVD filters registered) There's no problem all my DVDs works.

Oh i use Hardware Mpeg2 decompresion (GeForce 4 MX 440).

Please help me!!!

Are you using an "other-than-purchased" version of WinDVD?

I use the trial version of WinDVD Platinium because i want buy powerDVD or WinDVD and i want to the playback quality of both of them. Also if WinDVD don't work on my PC i will not buy it, but i see that it have a better playback quality than PowerDVD 5.0 that's why i realy want to make it work on my PC.

I'm sorry, but I have no idea why the trial version isn't working for you. It supposedly runs on Win98, Win2000, and WinXP.

Please explain exactly what happens when you try to use WinDVD Platinum to play a DVD...

it seems to crash after the first logo, for exemple with The Lord Of The Ring WinDVD is playing back the logo with pegasus and it freeze (3s after i push on play buton), and it for all my DVDs.
