HELP!!! CineMaster 98 doesn't work anymore

My DVD player on my DELL PC is no longer works. I cannot even start it. It always gives a message: "DVDPLAYER caused an invalid page fault in module CINMST32.DLL at 015f:4b00a39e." and asks to close an application. I reinstalled CineMaster 98 but with the same result. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!
