Wave from DVD

Can anyone help me with my problem?

I am trying burn Audio CD with music from DVD, but after I ripp sound into .wav format (using xmpeg) I loose all indexes - I mean it's just one big wave without divisions into songs. How can I get the wave split into songs? Can I use IFO file in any way? What software should i use?
