I hope this is the correct forum to ask this question.
I originally had problems with Roxio not allowing to capture video from my analog video camera. Dell replaced the card and we were able to see and capture the video and audio. I couldn't then get it to allow me to edit, have not tried to burn anything yet.
I was told NERO is a better, simpler program so I dled NERO 6, removed Roxio and NERO will not recognize the card (input from cam). In addition almost every time I try to capture video with NERO (only), I have to go back into device manager and uninstall and reinstall my card.
To make sure this wasn't happening in both programs I uninstalled Nero, reinstalled Roxio and Roxio allows the capture. But again I haven't tried burning nor editing the video, I would rather use NERO.
Sorry for the lengthy message.
