Hi, dvd x copy keeps freezing at 2%. We've tried copying it 3 times, and every single time, it freezes at 2%. Anybody know how to fix this? Please help, am desperate!

Is an error message generated? If so, what is the message? -
"error writing to disc"...we solved the problem....uhh we uninstalled Roxio, Norton, Msn Messenger and.......something else, and it worked for us again...Comment
