    Calling all programmers!

I've recently had the need to convert some PAL DVDs to NTSC. I've done some research and the only way to do it is by using a whole menagerie of clumsy software, which only converts the main file & not the extras on disk.

Surely someone out there can see there is a need for an all-in-one program that can do this all in one go.
Realistically, all it needs to be is similar to DVD Shrink that not only recompresses the video files, it changes their frame size/rate too.

Anyone out there up to the task?
