Problem with PowerDVD

Please help me.....
I have PowerDVD version 4.00.
It only plays region 1 DVDs and not region 2.
Why is that, and how can I fix it?

I believe that if you download and run "DVD Genie", you'll be able to adjust the region settings for PowerDVD at will.

Theo, the problem doesn't come from the software but rather from your DVD player which must be region 1 only.
