how to make LG8160b redion free

in the past i used rpc man program on my pc but for some how when i turned the program on now it doesn't reconize the dvd drive and write no drive.
i am using win xp and i wanted to know if i need another program withe the rpcman' and if i need where can i find her???
alsow i sew people talking about a programe called rpckiler2000 that mabe can help my problam but they didnt say where to download her' i looked my self but didnot found the program.

can some one please help me and take me out of my misory?

If Windows can't regognize your drive or you can't operate properly your drive then you are in the wrong forum.

5.I recommended to download ''wnaspi32.dll'' becuse its fundamental to operate a drive properly on windows 98/95/2000.

i dont have a clow how to do that... al of this
and my drive is warking properly just that the rpc man dosent reconize the drive... i dont know why.
any how i donload the program dvdidle and for now she is doing the trick
but i hope that some one will help me how to reset my regions...

Therore you consumed all the region changes you had and now you are stuck. If you want to get rid of this just flash your firmware. You are only temporarily bypassing that.

but how i flashing my firmware? i cant under stand the instraction... do i need a program to flash him or what?
cos i have the dvd-info program but i cant see there how i to flash

Disc-info only gives information on your rpc status.

You can use the firmware I've attached, use Ms-dos mode for patching.

Use mtkflash aswell

Unzip all files into a BOOTABLE floppy disk.

all i need to do is to do boot secunce to my floppy with this file on the disk?

You have to put the following commands to launch the firmware from the floppy.Make sure you create a bootdisk using windows
and extact mtkflash.To play it safe jumper your dvdrom to sec ide slave and (4) and disconnect all other drives.

A:\>mtkflash N w /a1 /b *.bin (Unzip and enter filename)

N should be --->

1 =Prm IDE  MASTER 
2 =Prm IDE  SLAVE 
3= Sec IDE  MASTER 
4= Sec IDE  SLAVE
