No 'Open DVD' menu item in Flask

I have installed Flask MPEG (0.594, also 6, also 6.1), but I don't get the 'Open DVD' menu item as illustrated in one of the guides. Help please.

Although you need an additional file for the versions 0.6xx to allow for full DVD loading, no such addition is required for the earlier versions (including v.0.594) - so I I can think of no reason why you aren't seeing "Load DVD" available from the "File" dropdown menu of v.0.594...
